under the patronage of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, representing the Minister, and with institutional and academic integration with the Federal Financial Control Bureau, the Central Bank of Iraq, the Statistics Authority and GIS
, where the conference received 60 research papers in the fields of innovation and sustainable development Iraqi, Algerian, Sudanese and Jordanian universities.
Dr. Zakaria Mutlaq moderated the opening session, which witnessed an extensive discussion from all parties participating in the conference, which is synchronized with the development in electronic administration that Iraq is witnessing in line with the progress achieved in the world in this field
