Experienced professor Dr. Zakaria Matlak Al-Douri participated as a representative of Yarmouk University College, as well as his participation in chairing and managing the opening session of the sixth scientific conference held by the Faculty of Management and Economics at Diyala University in cooperation with Yarmouk University Collegeunder the slogan:–[Innovation is the engine of sustainable development]under the patronage of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, representing the Minister, and with institutional and academic integration with the Federal Financial Control Bureau, the Central Bank of Iraq, the Statistics Authority and GIS, where the conference received 60 research papers in the fields of innovation and sustainable development Iraqi, Algerian, Sudanese and Jordanian universities.Dr. Zakaria Mutlaq moderated the opening session, which witnessed an extensive discussion from all parties participating in the conference, which is synchronized with the development in electronic administration that Iraq is witnessing in line with the progress achieved in the world in this field <\/p>\n\n
