The seminar aimed to introduce the concept of the referee\u2019s authority, match management, dealing with different circumstances and sensitive timings in which situations occur that affect the match result, and how to control clashes between players and administrators. The lecture was delivered by the faculty member from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Alyarmok University College, international referee Dr. Hassan Mohammed M<\/strong>ousa.
