Vision

In order to better serve the community, Al-Yarmok University College endeavors to be one of the most prestigious private colleges for innovation and leadership in the sectors in which it specializes (medical, engineering, science, and the humanities). The college is eager to establish itself as a hub for creativity and innovation and to take the lead among private colleges by becoming more distinctive.

Mission

The mission of Al-Yarmok University College is to prepare individuals with theoretical knowledge, real-world experience, and positive behaviors so they can invest these skills to build themselves and their society using the newest scientific and technological methods and means. This can be accomplished by developing specialized fields that keep up with modern advancements and societal demands. In doing so, the college pledges to consider sustainable development and thorough quality standards.

  • Seeking to attract distinguished faculty members in various general and precise specializations and provide them with the appropriate environment, as well as build partnerships between the college and other local and international colleges and universities.
  • Providing competent and qualified medical, engineering, and scientific personnel to meet the country’s needs in accordance with the requirements of accelerating the achievement of the goals of scientific, economic, and social development.
  • Focusing on scientific research and its basic role in helping the society and solving its problems by conducting applied research, on different fields.
  • Developing new paths for medical, engineering, and scientific education and training to keep pace with scientific development and to be in line with the country needs.
  • Involving college members in specialized centers to participate in continuing education courses.
  • Establishing and developing scientific and cultural relationships with the Arab and international universities and scientific institutions in order to enhance scientific cooperation and exchange experiences in a way that ensures contribution to achieving the development goals.
  • The college seeks to achieve continuous development of curricula and study plans for all stages and levels of study to keep pace with rapid developments in all medical, engineering, and scientific fields.
  • Encouraging students and focusing on their cultural and psychological development to finish the process of forming an integrated university student personality; attending to college students' cultural, intellectual, and athletic pursuits; and nurturing their potential.
  • Improving and developing college performance in various medical, engineering, scientific, and administrative fields to achieve comprehensive quality assurance and ensure the speedy obtaining of academic accreditation.
  • Activating international relations and cooperation with universities and institutions at the local and world levels.
  • Encouraging the preparation and publication of valuable scientific research through the research plans adopted by the college, which contribute to solving practical problems and providing consultations and scientific and research studies.
