May 3, 2026Under the patronage of the Deanship of Alyarmok University College, an awareness lecture titled (Suicide and its Legal Implications) was held. The lecture was delivered by Legal Brigadier General Salah Adnan Ismail, Director of Diyala Community Police,
and Legal Lieutenant Colonel Younis Ali Jameel.
The lecture addressed the legal and social implications of this phenomenon, emphasizing the importance of community awareness and the role of educational and security institutions in mitigating it, thereby contributing to enhancing legal awareness and culture among students.
