The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Office of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs has issued a letter of appreciation and gratitude to the women heads of Women’s Affairs units and divisions in public and private universities and institutes, in recognition of their outstanding efforts and active role in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.
This recognition came in acknowledgment of the high level of professionalism demonstrated by these officials in implementing the pillars of the Third National Plan for Women, Security, and Peace, the National Strategy for Iraqi Women, as well as the National Strategy to Combat Violence Against Women and Girls for 2026.
Professor Dr. Haider Abd Dhahad, Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, expressed his profound appreciation and gratitude to all honorees, wishing them continued success and excellence, and the continuation of their distinguished contributions in service of the educational mission and our beloved country
