Alyarmok University College, in cooperation with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Diyala University, the Technology Incubator Unit, and the Entrepreneurship Division at Diyala University, held a scientific workshop today, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, titled “Registration Mechanism for the Entrepreneurship Initiative” in the discussion hall.

The workshop, presented by consultant trainers in the Entrepreneurship Initiative, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Khalifa Al-Abbadi, Lecturer Dr. Yousef Sabah Jassim, Lecturer Dr. Nibras Abdul Sattar Hassoub, and Professor Huda Naji Zidan, aimed to introduce participants to the practical procedures and systematic steps adopted for registration in the initiative, and to enable them to benefit from opportunities supporting entrepreneurial projects. This stems from the importance of supporting youth and entrepreneurs and spreading the culture of entrepreneurial initiatives, especially the Entrepreneurship Initiative, contributing to developing their capabilities and motivating them to transform their ideas into productive projects.

The workshop included a detailed explanation of the registration mechanism and steps, clarification of the basic conditions and requirements, and an outline of the fields and opportunities offered by the initiative. It also provided practical guidance to help participants prepare the required data and avoid common errors during the application process. Furthermore, a discussion session was opened to answer inquiries from students and young people interested in entrepreneurial projects.

The workshop recommended the importance of being familiar with the approved technical and administrative requirements, given their effective role in enhancing acceptance opportunities and supporting the transformation of entrepreneurial ideas into viable and growing projects, thereby contributing to the consolidation of entrepreneurship and innovation culture within the university and community environment.
